This latest addition to The Market is owned and operated by the Blue Collar Restaurant Group, which also operates Sidewinders at Ferguson Farm. BCRG is set to open another restaurant in The Market in late March. Tanglewood is a casual, chef-driven bistro with a vast selection of wines on tap. It will anchor the east side of The Market.
“Foxtrot serves people who value speed of service and convenience but don’t want to sacrifice quality, because the two don’t have to be mutually exclusive. We source as much local product as possible for two reasons: we want to support other local businesses and because you can taste the freshness. Our menu focuses on food you can feel good about eating, even when you’re in a hurry and without breaking the bank,” owner Blane Woodfin said. “We’re calling Foxtrot an ‘all day eatery’ because we want it to serve as a gathering place for people, regardless of the time of day you happen to stop by. In the morning, you’ll smell the fresh roasted coffee, and at night, you’ll see the fire pits burning and beers pouring.”
Foxtrot’s food menu is available all day from 7 AM to 9 PM. A special happy hour menu is available at 5 PM daily.
This is an exciting announcement for the Hardy team as well. We were honored when the owners of Foxtrot contacted us early on to work with them to brand the new restaurant. It’s been fun to watch it come to life. So, stop in, say hi and help us welcome Foxtrot to the neighborhood.
