Based in Bozeman, Montana, Endstate Commercial Partners is a high-integrity brokerage advising business owners, property owners, and investors across emerging tertiary and rural markets, where opportunity and stewardship intersect. Founded on the belief that trust precedes transactions, the firm brings together disciplined market analytics, structured execution, and prioritizes relationship building to guide every decision.
Endstate Commercial’s strategic partnership with Fay Ranches reflects a shared conviction: that land, the people who steward it, and the communities that depend on it must be considered together. This alignment strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver data-driven, place-specific insights.

Craft a new brand identity and narrative that communicates Endstate Commercial Partners’ unique approach to commercial real estate, one that prioritizes trust, disciplined analysis, and long-term value creation while preserving the integrity of their strategic partner’s brand.
Clearly express the firm’s value to commercial real estate clients seeking trusted advisors to navigate complex decisions in emerging markets, while remaining honest about the impact those decisions have on the land and the considerations they require. At the same time, establish a brand foundation that supports long-term growth, meaningful partnerships, and responsible community impact.
We built a brand message centered on the belief that trust precedes transactions, articulating Endstate’s core principles of integrity, discretion, community, relationships, and respect. This positioning informed a cohesive identity system that reflects both calm authority and the agent’s relational approach to real estate. The primary wordmark features a strong serif, nodding to a sense of frontier and aligning with the established character of the Fay Ranches mark. Custom illustrations introduce a distinct sense of place, helping clients quickly understand the types of real estate opportunities Endstate represents. A refined color palette balances sophistication with tones that complement the rural communities in which the firm operates. Together, these elements create a brand that is clear, credible, and grounded in its environment, resonating with clients who value a strategic approach, transparent communication, and long-term alignment.

Hardy facilitated a multi-phase brand launch that considered everything from employee-owner training to the ‘why pay more’ signs. The first step was to train all leadership staff on the new strategy. By providing consistent language, their leadership team has the tools to communicate the brand to all employee-owners and customers, utilize it in hiring, and lean on it for business decisions. To support the high level of service T&C is known for, we created talking points, rack cards, and tools that empower employee-owners to answer questions customers may have.

The Bridger Brewing team wanted to be prepared to can and distribute its beer after opening its second location. AMS partnered with Bridger Brewing for packaging design concepts. The first step in the packaging process involved a strategy session in which the unique identity of each beer was explored and dissected. Several concepts were then sketched out. Once a concept was selected for each beer, custom illustrations were created for cans and boxes. The result is a full lineup of beers, each with its own design that is unique while still clearly a member of the Bridger Brewing brand.
